TRANSITION PLANNING:

Special Education Services provides assistance, information, and resources to parents regarding student transition planning for pre-school to elementary, elementary to middle school, middle to high school, and post high school transitions.

We have information and experience with a wide range of State, Local, and out of state programs and schools that we can refer parents to. We provide advice relative to programs available. We can also help families seeking benefits from Social Security, The Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, and the Office of Mental Health.
