If the School District is not implementing any part of your childs IEP, you can file a systems complaint by writing to VESID (Vocational & Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities) . Explain what part of the agreed upon IEP is not being provided.  Include a copy of the IEP. Your complaint will be investigated.  Upon finding in your favor, the district will have to create a plan of correction. VESID will follow up  with the school district to ensure the plan is implemented.
